CEHS Track Team Fares Well at Upson-Lee Invitational Meet
The Central Elementary-High School Track and Field team and the middle school team fared well in the Upson-Lee Invitational meet held on Mar. 12 in Thomaston.
Several schools, including Upson-Lee High School, Taylor County High, Crawford County High and CEHS, competed in the meet.

The Central Elementary-High School Track and Field team and the middle school team fared well in the Upson-Lee Invitational meet held on Mar. 12 in Thomaston.
Several schools, including Upson-Lee High School, Taylor County High, Crawford County High and CEHS, competed in the meet.
In the high school boys competition Brannon Bussey took two first place finishes. He took first place in the 110-meter hurdles and first place in the boys long jump competition.
Deshun Dozier finished seventh in the boys 100-meter dash.
In the girls discus competition Rihonna Neal finished second and eighth in girls shot put.
Darriuana Leonard took second and in the girls long jump and third in the 100-meter dash finals
Madison Daniel finished fifth in the 100-meter hurdles and 10th in the shot put competition.
Quana Howe finished seventh in the girls shot put competition.
In boys middle school competition, JaQuan Wilson finished seventh in boys discus and sixth in boys shot put.
Brandon McCracken finished third in the boys discus and fourth in shot put.
Tyderius Bussey finished fourth in discus and fourth in shot put.
In the girls 100-meter dash competition, Aniya Rhodes finished fifth.
