Talbotton Police Department’s Easter Event Draws a Large Crowd

The Talbotton Police Department held an Easter Egg Hunt and Easter event for all the children and residents of Talbot County on Saturday, Apr. 4 and the event was well attended.

The Talbotton Police Department held an Easter Egg Hunt and Easter event for all the children and residents of Talbot County on Saturday, Apr. 4 and the event was well attended.
There were golden eggs for children to find that contained money and other prizes. Over 2,000 eggs were hidden. There was refreshment and more.
The turnout for the hunts was exceptional.
“It was an awesome experience and we want this event to continue to grow,” said Chief C.J. Biggs. “We want the community to know that we strive on giving back to our community where we work. I want to thank everyone who attended, our volunteers and those who donated”
